BHOOSARTHI Trench Sugarcane Automatic Cutter Planter (model TSPBS01) allows one to mechanize all operations involved in sugar cane planting from the opening of the furrows, fertilizer placement in rows, cutting of sets automatically, seed treatment at the cutting point, dropping of sets into the furrows with desired overlap, pressurized pesticide spray on the sets in the furrow (soil treatment) to covering of planted sets automatically in a single pass.

Features:


  1. It is a tractor-mounted planter.
  2. Planting process – Sugarcane’s small buds are sowed in paired rows, fertilizer placed in rows, cutting sets are automatic, (seed treatment at the cutting point, dropping of sets into the furrows with desired overlap, pressurized pesticide spray on the sets in the furrow (soil treatment) to covering of planted sets automatically in a single pass the forward speed of the tractor is less than 5 km/h.

  5. Cane feeding mechanism – the operator feeds whole sugarcane manually and the cutting of Sets automatically is carried out by rotating knives.
  6. Cane cutting knife – Diagonal blades (I-shaped) are used to cut the cane every 13 inches. While cutting, canes remain static and knives rotate.
  7. Liquid tank - A horizontal Metal pipe of have been provided chemical mix water tank and minimize variation in chemical application rate. Nozzles are fitted in the tank. Liquid is directly applied over the sets in the cane cutting point, in the furrows treated by soil.
